• Weave Cascade Christian Schools’ guiding principles into all endeavors. 
• Facilitate opportunities for spiritual growth in students.
• Provide direct instruction to students. 
• Adapts lessons and activities with teacher approval to be used to supplement classroom activities. 
• Assists and/or instructs students with technology and/or student devices. 
• Engage students one-on-one or in a small group setting using appropriate classroom management skills. 
• Assist in the evaluation of student needs as well as preparation of appropriate. lessons and materials in collaboration with the teacher and/or resource specialist. 
• Assist with providing adaptation in classroom assignments and curriculum. 
• Assist with behavioral support for individual student needs.
• Pre-teach and re-teach identified general education material. 
• Provide alternative testing formats. 
• Attend student support meetings on a weekly basis.  
• Be a student advocate to general education teachers, administrators, and parents. 
• Other duties as assigned. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• High School Diploma, or GED
• Christian Role model in attitude, speech, and action 
• Ability to take direction from teachers and supervisors 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and assist with needs as they arise  
• Ability to relate well to students 
• Ability to complement various teaching styles 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information 
• First-aid and CPR certified or willing to receive and pass certification training

Director of Student Services and Campus Principal

Direct report to Resource Specialist for daily schedule/student-related needs

 

WORK HOURS:

Monday through Friday, 8:30-11:30 am
